For a nominal fee, we will review of all your documents, make a determination of what documents are missing or need to be replaced, we will gage the eligibility of your potential application, also we will provide guidance and prepare application.

  • Document discovery in CZ or Slovakia we bill at $40.00 per hour.
  • For documents in other European countries we can employ specialist to try and obtain the document in the respective country of origin. We will discuss and present these potential fees on a case-by-case basis.

Long-term Visa for the purpose of Business - Freelancer

Freelancers are self-employed professionals who offer their skills and services to clients on a project-by-project basis. They can work from anywhere, set their own rates and hours, and choose the projects. In addition, application for a Trade license is a requirement.

Long-term Visa for the purpose of Business - LLC (s.r.o)

This Visa is often considered the most difficult option, but it is well worth it. It allows you to build your own Limited Liability company in the Czech Republic, run it and use it as your purpose of stay. In addition an LLC can be used for a multitude of other purposes, such as saving on taxes, getting money from your foreign companies into the Czech Republic or holding property in the country.

Family Unification Visa

Family unification visa is a residence permit which is intended for people who already have family members in the Czech Republic and wish to join them. As opposed to a Long-Term Visa for the purpose of Family, you are making a fully separate application.

Non-dual employee card

Non-Dual employee card is a residence permit which is intended for people with the free access to the Czech labour market. This card allows you to start working in the Czech Republic immediatelly after you apply for it. This card also gives you the ability to travel within schengen area for 90 out of every 180 days.
 
Contrary to a Blue card you only need to earn Czech minimum wage and you have to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
