We have a simplified process to help answer your questions. Determining actual eligibility is a complicated process, but let’s start by seeing if you pre-qualify by answering a few questions.

Identify the relative, parent or grandparent, not great-grandparent that will be the person the line of descent is traced to.

Example: USA citizen Applicant> USA citizen Parent> Czech-American Grandparent (Czech Ancestor)
